Dropvault comes with unlimited storage by default - There is nothing you need to set up or configure but for larger enterprise customers we have the option of using your storage instead of ours. Choose your existing Azure, AWS or Google cloud provider or connect to your on-premise storage using MIN.IO.
We will store every document encrypted on your storage so you have control over your data.

Your HSM Key vault or ours
Each channel has a unique encryption key so channels are isolated from each other and data is protected - And all keys are stored in a FIPS compliant HSM and further wrapped for additional protection.
Our default key storage is our FIPS compliant HSM but we can also connect to a customer supplied key vault - You create and manage your keys and Dropvault will access the keys remotely

Secure Spaces
You can choose to encrypt any Meeting Space by adding an encryption key and a password. Once encrypted your messages and any documents are encrypted and secure from any 3rd party, including Apptimi!
Once encryption is enabled you can share the password with your team or customer so that they can have access to any conversations in the Space.
Use encrypted Spaces for confidential client communications , for secure projects and discussions or HR Reviews and feedback.
